Framing, roofing, gut renovations, demo debris. We drop a container where you need it, swap it when it fills, and keep the site clear so your crew keeps working. You get a rate quoted up front, including how much weight is covered and exactly what an extra ton costs, so the invoice at the end of the job holds no surprises.

Construction dumpster FAQ.

What size do I need for a construction job?

A 10 or 15 yard suits a single-room gut or a small roof. Most framing and renovation jobs land on a 20 or 30 yard. Full builds and large demo take the 40 yard. Call with the scope and we will size it with you rather than sell you more container than the job needs.

What happens if I go over the included weight?

You pay for the extra tonnage at $175 per ton. We tell you the included weight and the overage rate before the container is dropped, and you get the weight ticket with the invoice, so nothing about the final number is a surprise.

Can you put concrete in a regular dumpster?

No. Concrete, brick, block and dirt are far heavier than mixed debris, so they go in a dedicated container: $950 for a 10 yard or $1,500 for a 15 yard. Keeping it separate is what keeps the price predictable.

Can you swap containers mid-job?

Yes. On multi-week builds we run swap-outs so a full container leaves and an empty one lands the same trip where scheduling allows. Call ahead with your timeline and we will plan the swaps around your build.

Do I need a permit to place one?

On private property, driveway or lot, generally no. If the container has to sit on a public street, most towns in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess require a permit from the town or village. Rules vary by municipality, so check with your town clerk and we will work with whatever the permit allows.
