The honest answer: it depends on a few things — but with MCI you get your price up front, not a surprise at pickup.
MCI Waste prices dumpster rental as a base rate covering delivery, pickup and disposal up to your included weight. Here’s what goes into it.
What drives the price
- Dumpster size. A 10 yard costs less than a 40 yard — you pay for the capacity you need.
- Included weight. Each size includes a weight allowance; heavy materials like concrete or roofing can affect the rate.
- Your town. Disposal and travel vary slightly across Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess.
- Rental period. Your rate includes a set window; extensions are simple and quoted before they apply.

These are our current roll-off prices for Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess. Every price is plus tax and covers delivery, pickup and disposal up to the included weight shown. Go over and you pay only for the extra tonnage, at the per-ton rate below.

Junk removal is priced differently
